Telepath OC

Another original character to add to my collection of original characters whom I don't seem to be doing anything with.

This guy's name is Tobias. He is a prosecuting attorney and a very low level telepath. He is unable to hear clear thoughts from people or directly control their minds, but he can read vibes from people and push impressions onto them. Both are very useful skills in the courtroom, but when he's not focused on work and is surrounded by a bunch of people, he can develop terrible migraines from all the buzzing in his brain. He never learned to shield his own mind from the outside world because his gift was never great enough to require it. Lucky for him though, he now has a partner/minion/friend(?) to do that for him. Have yet to really flesh out that other character, but I know he exists. Oh yeah, did I mention Tobias is a total douchebag?
